We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash. A deposit equal to half your service price is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance collected in person. We never collect card numbers or payment credentials online.

Arrive about 10 minutes early, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing. Let your therapist know about any areas of concern — that’s what the intake form is for.

Absolutely. During booking you can select the therapist you would like to see, based on their specialties and availability.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your time to another guest. If you cancel within that window, your deposit is fully refundable; cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable. You can manage your appointments any time from your client portal.

Yes — our prenatal massage is specifically designed for expecting mothers and performed by a certified prenatal therapist. Please share any pregnancy details on your intake form.
